Celebrating the Season
Every year seems to pass a little quicker as we find our days full of travel, planning, and preparation for next year. The spirit of giving has permeated FinishMaster over the past year. We have shared stories of giving across the country and we are thankful our team members have had the opportunity to give back together.
At the beginning of the year, we challenged our team to give back to their community and share the stories with us. We have collected dozens of stories, and as a team given back more than 485 hours to our communities. While counting the hours we have given back is exciting, it is not the reason we put the challenge out to the team.
Our Core Value to Be a Family goes well beyond the paper it is written on. Our team members are a family and extend their kinship to our partners, customers, and communities. Being a family and doing more means something unique to each of us. We want to extend a special thanks to all of our team members who donated their time.
We have a few more stories to share from our team members out West.
Our Phoenix team worked with a local food bank to help pass out food to those in need for the holidays. They collected, packed, and loaded food and were glad to help make a difference for people during this season of giving.
One of our Sales Managers and her husband volunteered at Ignite Hope for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. They assisted in set up for the entire day and then participated in the Ignite Hope walk, sharing it was a magical and inspiring experience.
As we celebrate the holidays, we hope find the true meaning of the season. We wish you happiness and joy in your celebration.
