Viskon-Aire's Series 154 panel and link-panel filters are used as prefilters in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.
The Series 154 is constructed of three-ply 100% 6/15/40 denier graduated-density, premium-grade polyester media. The media's open weave on the air entering side traps larger particles, while the tighter weave on the air exiting side captures smaller particles. The second, internal layer of media is treated with a high-grade, non-migrating, dry tackifier to enhance dust holding capacity and retention. The Series 154 media is heat sealed around a 9 gauge wire frame, creating a self-sealing gasket, dramatically increasing efficiency and eliminating dust particle bypass.
Designed for heavy duty applications, the Series 154 is unaffected by humidity, moisture and most corrosive chemicals, making it the ideal all-around, prefilter, especially in combination with Viskon-Aire's T-700/G* diffusion intake media for down draft spray booths.
