Equalizing and Purging a 2K Cartridge

Want to use a 2K cartridge? Ready, set – WAIT! Have you equalized and purged it first? Equalizing and purging is a critical first step before using a 2K cartridge. In this video, you can walk through the process in less than two minutes with just five easy steps.

1. Snap off the plug to the 2K cartridge
2. Place the Cartridge in the Applicator
3. Gun out material until both sides dispense evenly
4. Place the Static Mixer on the Cartridge
5. Dispense about2 inches of product to ensure no marbling
